My name is Paco Carlotto. I started in real estate in 2007 as a property consultant, the person who takes clients to view homes. In 2011 I took the leap and opened my own real estate agency on Via Brera, in the heart of Milan. For almost twelve years I closed deals, negotiated contracts and guided hundreds of people through one of the most delicate financial moments of their lives.
All that time I did something very simple: I listened to my clients. And I noticed that the problems were almost always the same:
